The office is open Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The Clinic phone number is 502-225-4564. Patients should call to schedule an appointment during these times or leave a message with their name and correct phone number so we can call them back. If you have an emergency you should call 9-1-1. or if it’s an urgent need, you should go to the E.R. or urgent care center.Donors and volunteers can call HDB at 502-222-6400.
