The Community Care Clinic is a free medical clinic for people without health insurance.
The clinic is open from 5:30 to 7:30 on Tuesday evenings. There is a nominal charge of $5.00 per visit for each patient. The Clinic Manager is available on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to answer questions and make appointments.
Volunteer healthcare professionals treat patients for acute episodic conditions such as upper respiratory infections, muscle aches and pains, or other non-specialty problems. The clinic is not able to treat OB/GYN, cardiac, or pediatric patients at this time. While the clinic does not have a pharmacy, there are services available at the clinic to assist with the cost of prescribed medications. Please call (502) 225 – 4564 for more information.
The Community Care Clinic is a partnership between Baptist Hospital Northeast, the HDB Service Group, Metro United Way of Louisville, and the Oldham County Health Department and has been in operation since November 2005.
